For the most part, Paul’s race was done…but he was determined not to slow down or stumble at the finish line. Some people had, proving themselves faithless to Christ, abandoning not only Paul but the gospel itself. Thankfully, Jesus is always faithful! He would take both Paul and Timothy to the end!
